Multnomah Channel Marsh Reconnection Project Construction Services Pre-Submittal Meeting
The Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership is requesting attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting Site Visit from construction firms seeking to construct the Multnomah Channel Marsh Reconnection Project. The purpose of the Pre-Submittal Meeting is to provide prospective bidders an opportunity to view the late summer wetland site conditions (the anticipated construction window is August 1 through October 15).
The pre-Submittal Meeting will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the North Multnomah Marsh Channel Natural Area. The meeting and site tour will last approximately 2.5 hours. Due to limited road access, please limit meeting attendees to one representative per company.
