Request for Bids: Chief Joseph Stormwater Project construction

The Estuary Partnership is working with the Chief Joseph Elementary School to help implement the next phase of their schoolyard vision plan at 2409 N Saratoga St, Portland, OR 97217. This next phase focuses on building approximately 3,000 square feet of stormwater planters along the schoolyard’s northern and eastern edges to provide stormwater management to over 1-acre of impervious surface. In addition to the stormwater planters, the project will include benches, planting three large trees and native plantings, depaving, and disconnecting a roof downspout and routing that runoff to a new stormwater planter to further lessen the school’s stormwater contribution to the City’s combined stormwater sewer system. 

Bids are due by January 16 at 11 a.m. See the anticipated schedule below for additional dates of note.
