Zoie joined the Estuary Partnership in January 2026 as a Limited Project Research Technician. She is conducting fieldwork, processing data, and disseminating results for the Carbon Methane (CH4C) Research Project. Prior to joining LCEP, Zoie worked on the CH4C project through PSU and is writing her thesis on methane flux variability in tidal wetlands using chamber-based soil gas flux data collected at the project’s Wallooskee-Youngs site. Zoie expects to graduate from PSU in June with a M.S. in Environmental Science and Management and a GIS Graduate Certificate.
Adam Goodwin
As a Program Assistant for the Community Programs department, Adam provides essential administrative support for a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from green stormwater infrastructure projects to youth environmental education. He brings over fifteen years of administrative experience in the non-profit sector to the Estuary Partnership. Adam graduated from the University of Portland with a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish, and a minor in Environmental Science. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, birding, and making music.
