The Estuary Partnership is part of the National Estuary Program (NEP)—a network of voluntary community-based groups that safeguard the health of our most important coastal ecosystems throughout the United States. The NEP is administered by EPA and includes 28 programs across the country—also including nearby Puget Sound and Tillamook Bay.
