Multnomah Channel Marsh Reconnection Project Construction Services Pre-Submittal Meeting
The Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership is requesting attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting Site Visit from construction firms seeking to construct the Multnomah Channel Marsh Reconnection Project. The purpose of the Pre-Submittal Meeting is to provide prospective bidders an opportunity to view the late summer wetland site conditions (the anticipated construction window is August 1 through October 15).
The pre-Submittal Meeting will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the North Multnomah Marsh Channel Natural Area.
