The Lower Columbia River Estuary Partnership contracted GSI Water Solutions, Inc. (GSI) in 2011 to compile an Access Database of the readily available electronic data from local agencies for selected toxics in lower Columbia River water, sediment, and biota. GSI worked in close association with Estuary Partnership staff and the Lower Columbia Monitoring Subgroup, which consists of staff from the various agencies. The goal of this work was to develop a database of selected toxic pollutants to assist in identifying data gaps in the understanding of water quality within the lower Columbia River
