The Estuary Partnership manages a Habitat Restoration Program for the lower Columbia River and estuary. Over time, the Estuary Partnership has identified that the most successful habitat restoration projects are those that have highly developed project designs and well articulated scopes. To help provide access to highly skilled professional services to help fill these needs, the Estuary Partnership has developed a Technical Assistance Program.
