The Estuary Partnership is working with Portland Public Schools and the Glencoe School community to implement the Glencoe Elementary Schoolyard Project, which will capture and treat stormwater and provide nature play opportunities for students.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at Glencoe on March 10, and bids are due on April 3 at 11:00 a.m.
