Site of old St. Cloud Ranch homestead. Developed to offer picnic area, short hiking trails, and access to the Columbia River. Site of old St. Cloud Ranch homestead. As a launch site, the site presents particular challenges, specifically a long walk to the shore, and an undeveloped shore line without a specific launch point. Having said that - the site provides an access point to a unique area of the river in an area without many other access points.
