Day Use only. Large sandy beach to the left at the end of Mayger Fill road. Some areas of deep sand. Minimal parking in winter. Beach parking in summer.
Day Use sandy beach launch at the end of Mayger Fill Road.
Environmental Notes:
Shallow beach launch. While the tidal change is generally less than 4 ft, the shallowness means large exposure of mudflats that can make launching and landing at low tide during summer months difficult.
Safety Notes:
There are exposed pilings and remnants of a fish station area. Be aware of their proximity with winds and higher water.
