The Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership seeks a Technical Contracts Specialist to assist with the administration of technical contracts, competitive procurement, and financial tracking for the Science Team programs. The Science Team is composed of nine staff who manage multiple complex and large (>$1 million) contracts with funding agencies and subcontractors for habitat restoration, monitoring, and other technical projects. This position will support contract development; track contract expenses and reporting requirements and deadlines; facilitate competitive procurement processes; support grant development; and project revenue and expenditures. This is a new position with some flexibility in other duties based on skills and interests of the successful applicant. The position is based in the Estuary Partnership Portland office with a flexible work schedule and work from home opportunities, and occasional meetings or events outside of the office.
