Burnt Bridge Creek Volunteer Planting- Dig it, Plant it, Do it Again!

Plant trees to restore native habitat and improve water quality of Burnt Bridge Creek!

We are prioritizing the health of our volunteers and staff by implementing new protocols to ensure a safe and respectful experience for all. Check HERE for our COVID 19 Safety Guidelines.

Pre-registration is required and space is very limited. A registration form must be completed for each volunteer.

What to bring: Face covering or mask, hand sanitizer, snack, water bottle, planting gloves and a shovel (if you have one). No worries if you don't have gloves or a shovel, we will have these on hand.

We will provide: sanitized planting gloves, shovels, water to refill your bottle, and snacks.

What to wear: Long sleeves, pants, rain gear and sturdy shoes or boots are recommended.

Prior to the event: You will receive an email from us with the exact location and your assigned group color.

At the event: Estuary Partnership staff will greet you at the planting site, review COVID guidelines and safety, and distribute tools. A staff member will explain the goals of the project and demonstrate planting techniques.

We welcome ALL ages, races and ethnicities, religions, gender identities, countries of origin, sexual orientation, immigrants and refugees, abilities and disabilities, spoken and signed languages. Together, we are a stronger community working toward a common goal.

We are closely following CDC guidelines and if we need to cancel an event, we will notify all registered volunteers.
